Returns & Exchanges:
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support team at hellopinkpineapplecompany@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
- Pack your item securely and include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
